Consultancy

Consulting services are provided by FEWER-Eurasia in a three-fold manner:

(a) As a non-profit entity we may choose to provide services free of charge where the nature of services helps build just and sustainable peace or save human lives. If a fee is charged, it is used to cover the expenses incurred, compensate for the input of external specialists invited, and to pursue the charitable goals of the organisation. We do not use such fees as a contribution to staff salaries or organisational development, although we may pay honoraria to our experts involved.

(b) As a member of the network of organisations and specialists we may re-direct or sub-contract assignments and consultancy services to other network members particularly well-placed to deliver requisite skills, expertise, and value-added. If we remain responsible for the end-result we will charge a fee to cover our expenses, management input and to pay honoraria to our experts.

(c) We may act as an information broker to recommend an organisation or specialist belonging to our network to take on the assignment. In this case, we will not charge any fees.
